Rondestraat
For this row-house, designed by Carole Depoorter and Laurence Dugardyn, the idea was to highlight the structural needs of a house instead of hiding them. In terms of woodwork, it meant that some of the partition walls were only semi-covered, showing the structure of the wall. Pink SLS and white concrete plywood, including white screws, create a harmonious feel. This technique was used across different spaces; for dividing walls, doors, window frames and closets. The bathroom was built in the same way, generating the illusion of a white/pink box laying on wooden bridges.

Animaux Spéciaux
Animaux Spéciaux is a taxidermist and curiosity shop in the centre of Leuven. The challenge was to cover an entire wall with a shelving unit that could display many things in different ways. Taking inspiration from an old baker's rack, we built shelves that can move in various depths and levels.

De Buurtbank
Mokuton won a local competition with their multifunctional public bench and table. To save the tree's roots and the accoya wood of the bench, we used recycled metal profiles as feet. Completing the build, the challenge was to transport this big piece from the workshop to a street corner near Leuven.
